KP (Kaize Point) is the award you gain when you participate in Kaize. For the moment it has no real use but it will be the case in the future!

You can view it from your profile.

You can gain reputation in three ways :

1. Daily reputation: You gain a small amount of reputation every day if you go on Kaize.
2. Create a proposal: If the proposal is accepted you will gain more KP.
3. Vote on a proposal: If you vote on a proposal and your vote is the same as the result you will gain KP. For example, if you vote "I agree" on a proposal and the proposal is accepted you gain KP but if the proposal is refused you gain nothing.

For some actions in Kaize, you will need to spend KP, for example, to create a proposal or to vote on a proposal. But you can gain more KP if your actions are correct. For example, if you vote on a proposal you spend 5KP but if this vote on this proposal is correct you will win 15KP.
