Proposal : Create a new Manga

This proposal will make the following change(s):

Create a new manga named Soukyuu no Fafner - Dead Aggressor (Matsushita Tomomi)

Based on the following reason: missing, i put the author's name because there is already a manga with the same name. Don't know if there is another way do dissociate two anime/manga with the same name, let me know if so
