This proposal will make the following change(s):
Update the banner of the anime D.C.II S.S.: Da Capo II Second Season
Based on the following reason: i think it's a bit too exigent to require 1500px of every banner when it's supposed to be a recommendation (?) but anyways, this one should be fine, at least?
