According to MAL, the chapter count will follow the official released number of chapters and according to that, it has 51 chapters and 5 extras. The web series do have 954 chapters but when it was official printed, it was compiled into 8 volumes and 56 chapter.

56 is the chapters on the prit version and 961 is the chapters for the author version. I think 961 is more correct

but i also think it's weird bc it's like... too many chapters
