This proposal will make the following change(s):
Update the volumes of the manga Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Rei: Hoshiwatashi-hen
Change the volumes from Unknown to 2
Based on the following reason: mal says the number of volumes is unknown, but this is because they don't care about obscure spinoffs of visual novels. it's slated to be just 2 volumes
